featuringGordon Meriwether, PMP
The Uriah Group
Date and Time
Tuesday, February 15, 2011, 6:00-8:30 pm
About the Program
The project manager normally operates in a chaotic environment; that’s the nature of the job…to contain the chaos within the project and make deliveries, on time and on budget. But what happens when the chaos is coming from outside the project, outside the control of the project team? Are there differences in project leadership in times of normal operations and times of crisis? Are those differences predictable and manageable?Since 2004 Gordon has taught numerous state and local governments and major industrial power houses how to successfully work through potential crisis as a leadership team. Join us for this interactive workshop on Crisis Leadership.
