About the Program

There are Risks and Opportunities in every project. Projects Managers who implement a Risk & Opportunity Management process maximize their potential to succeed. This presentation is a discussion of how to manage the Risks and Opportunities in your project.  The impact of the dreaded “OH S#@%!” in your project can be minimize or eliminated.  This presentation explains how.

Discussion points include:

  • Is my project at Risk?
  • How do I know the Risks and Opportunities in my project?
  • What do I do about the Risks in my Project?
  •  How do I lower my projects exposure to Risk?
  • How do I budget risk mitigation strategies?
