About the Program
To assist Program/Project Managers in managing their subcontractors, Ms. Pendley will address:
- Understanding the importance and the dynamics of an approved purchasing system;
- Reminding that the Prime Contractor is the subcontractor’s client and provide management accordingly;
- Developing a clear, concise SOW that clearly defines subcontractor responsibilities, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and performance requirements;
- Establishing parameters for subcontractor such as profit goals, payment terms, contract type, etc., that are in the Prime’s interest; and
- Providing all the documentation required to be able to allow timely contractual documents to be issued and maintained by the Prime.
