About the Program:
Embracing Innovation and Flexibility in Your Team Culture
It seems every Project Manager these days is being asked to do more with less or to adapt to the ever-changing political and economic climate. Identifying innovative solutions can help us meet these challenges.
Project management methodology is structured for repeatability and consistency, sometimes accepting a loss of flexibility. Come learn how you can cultivate and support an open, out-of-the-box mindset in your project team members to help your team adapt - and even thrive – in spite of changes to the project plan.
