About the Presentation
“Achieving Project Management Success in the Government” is based on the research and experience of the authors of the book of the same name. The session will provide attendees with practical lessons from real success stories across all levels of government, different organization types, and across the spectrum of project management processes and practices. This information provides insight for project management practitioners in the government or in service to the government, as well as a view into where the discipline is heading in the largest enterprise in the world - the US Government.
