During Ron’s Presidency, PMIWDC earned more awards for excellence from PMI than any chapter in the world, including Chapter of the Year, and Ron is the only person in the 30-year history of the Chapter to have been named PMI’s Leader of the Year. In this presentation he shares five simple leadership techniques that have been proven to work - not just with employees, but with volunteers as well. Ron Taylor, MBA, PMP
Ron Taylor (MBA, PMP) is an internationally known project manager, lecturer, trainer, author, and consultant, and is the principal and founder of the Ron Taylor Group. He is the Immediate Past President of the Washington, DC Chapter of the Project Management Institute. In addition to his work with federal government and private sector clients, Ron is currently a contributing author with PMForum and Adjunct Professor of Management at George Mason University.
