Erika is an accomplished IT / Drug Development Program Manager in the pharmaceutical / biotech and healthcare industries. She has a proven track-record of improving and impacting corporations through the redesign of processes and utilization of enterprise technology solutions. Further, she has led multiple IT Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Project Management (EPM) implementations for both large and small companies.

Erika is PMP certified as well as Microsoft Project / Project Server Black Belt certified through IIL and Microsoft and holds an ITIL Expert certificate in IT Service Management (ITIL).
