About the Presentations
Serving the PMI Community via the Power of Web Conferences
In 2009 and now 2010, Efrain has led the initiation, development, and ongoing implementation of a periodic, web-based PMIWDC seminar series. These online webinars provide a unique forum for PMI members to engage the global community.
Efrain will be discussing his experience, lessons-learned, and best practices that resulted from having seen a PMI program grow from an idea to a near overnight success. Attendees will benefit and learn from Efrain's experiences about implementing a new service, using the web to provide innovative value to our customers, and evolving a new concept still in its infancy to reach a more global audience.
