Project Portfolio Management: Introduction and Business Approach

Project Portfoilio Management is all the buzz, but what does it REALLY mean to organizations?

This session will provide business and project management/IT leaders with an overview of the Project Portfolio Management lifecycle, business processes, and introduces how Project Portfolio Management can lower costs, enhance time-to-market for new products and services, and drive better top-down investment decision making across projects and large program-driven organizations.

Specific return on investment (ROI) metrics and client case studies will be detailed in this overview.
