About the Program
Communications Management
One of the PMBOK knowledge areas is Communications Management and with good reason! We’ll discuss why Communications Management is critical for all the other PMBOK Project Management processes to be successful. We’ll discuss the importance of communication planning and share some key steps in creating a successful communication plan.
No discussion on the value of communication would be complete without sharing real life dos and don'ts. We’ll share some and how you come prepared to share some of your own.
