Managing Subcontracts: Lessons Learned & Best Practices
A complex project can involve managing multiple subcontracts simultaneously. During this presentation, Mr. Garrett will present:

- The fundamentals of subcontracting in the U.S. Federal Marketplace,
- The U.S. Federal Government’s Supply Chain and its challenges,
- Best-in-class supply chain management recommendations in the U.S. Government
- Government Prime Contractor Supply Chain and its challenges, and
- Commercial subcontracting best practices within industry.
About the Speaker
Gregory Garrett
Mr. Gregory Garrett is a Managing Director of Navigant Consulting, Inc. He is an internationally recognized expert in government contracting, cost estimating, contract pricing, proposal/capture management, and project management. Mr. Garrett is a best-selling author of 16 books and 90+ published articles, a highly acclaimed speaker, and during the 25+ years, has managed more the $30 Billion of large complex contracts and projects in both the U.S. Government and industry. Mr. Garrett has worked with government contractors on a variety of complex issues. He has a Master of Science Degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California (USC), Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) and is a Project Management Professional (PMP).
