About the Program

A Hero behind Every Tree:
The Top 10 Ways to Guarantee Project Failure

Have you ever been a part of a project that failed? You aren't alone. Despite decades of industry-wide experience, IT projects still fail at an almost unbelievable rate. In this presentation, I’ll show you the top 10 issues that are certain to doom your project. I’ll cover topics from my book of the same title including ostracism, second-order ignorance, hope as a risk management strategy, and other patterns that just might describe you or members of your project team. You'll leave knowing how to identify, mitigate, or even avoid these issues entirely.
