About the Program
This presentation will introduce the three levels of enterprise process maturity.
- Chaos : there is no process, people do their own things, some know what to do and others don't.
- Order : knowledge, people, and technology are starting to integrate, people are sharing, it's not only documented, but used with technology for day-to-day execution.
- Alive! : process in not only integrated, but it's now organic and evolving with everyone's input.
Most companies interviewed say they are between Chaos and Order. Why is that? Where is your organization? What can be done?
Come and learn about how people and knowledge can transform an organization by focusing on the "how" rather than the "what".
