Participants will learn to use the readily available power of acknowledgment to motivate and inspire teams and fellow employees, as well as to create trusting relationships and interactions with the people they connect with on a day to day basis. They will learn to use this tool in an immediately effective and high-impact way. Judith promises all attendees that this event will become a catalyst for an immediate, positive change in your life and the life of others that are part of your world.
This session will help participants identify and utilize the “Knock Your Socks Off” Power of Acknowledgment in their professional and personal lives.

- To identify and define all of the seven major principles of acknowledgment (as outlined in the book The Power of Acknowledgment, IIL Publishing, New York;)
- To develop key skills for delivering effective and authentic acknowledgment; learning to get acknowledgments “from your brain to your mouth!”
- To identify the vast number of people worthy of acknowledgment in your world
- How acknowledgment transforms people – both the giver and the receiver
- Why acknowledgment must be delivered only with sincerity and authenticity or else it is a manipulation
- To establish an understanding that acknowledgment is a key factor in developing employee loyalty and engagement, improving relationships and enhancing self-worth
- The Four C’s : Consciousness, Courage, Communication and Commitment and their role in allowing people to acknowledge others profoundly, generously and authentically
