About the Program

Agile Project/Program Management Panel Discussion

Interest in adopting Agile principles and practices is large and growing in both private and public sectors. As such, the role of a Project Manager and the way in which project work is performed and managed is changing. When switching to agile, what are the biggest areas of adjustment for a Project Manager? How does the role of the Project Manager change under agile? How can agile scale to address large project engagements? What is the value proposition with agile? Join the June 16 PMI PM Tools session in a Panel discussion as local experts and practitioners explore the relationship of agile principles and practices to those of PMI, and how they may differ from or complement the teachings within the PMBOK® Guide.
