About the Program

"Dealing with Matrixed personnel: Turning Challenges into Triumphs"

One of the many challenges a project manager faces is dealing with personnel that are not direct reports.  Matrixed personnel are essential to the success of projects.  Along with managing the project cost, schedule, and customer expectations, the project manager has to interact with Finance, Contracts, Human Resources and sometimes Subcontracts. These support organizations provide assistance to multiple programs/projects and many times have conflicting priorities.  Come find out some helpful tips that could help you overcome matrixed personnel challenges you may face as a program/project manager!
