Innovation:
Serving your Members via the Power of Web Conferences

featuring

Efrain Pacheco
PMIWDC AVP for Chapter-to-Chapter Outreach

The bi-monthly Volunteer Leadership Sessions are geared toward fostering the development of interested future volunteers and leaders of the PMIWDC Chapter. The Leadership Training programs are free of charge, and open to anyone interest in developing their leadership skills.

About the Program

Efrain Pacheco, AVP of Chapter-to-Chapter Outreach, present on 'Innovation: Serving your Members via the Power of Web Conferences'.

Over this past year, Efrain has led the initiation, development, and ongoing implementation of a periodic, web-based PMIWDC seminar series. These on-line workshops provide a unique forum for members to engage as part of the PMIWDC community. In this installment of the Volunteer Leadership Training series,

Efrain will be discussing his experience, lessons-learned, and best-practices that resulted from having seen a PMI program grow from an idea to a near overnight success. Current and prospective Board members alike will benefit and learn from Efrain's experiences about implementing a new member service with the Board, using the web to provide innovative value to our customers, and evolving a new concept still in its infancy to reach a more global audience.
