About the Program

Reporting and Oversight Needs in Federal Agency
Dekker's web-based iPortfolio program and project reporting tool will be deployed later this year as the foundation for the Department of Energy's new Earned Value Management reporting and oversight system.
The presentation will include a brief introduction to Earned Value Management and program oversight aspects. It will also explore the features and capabilities of Dekker's new iPortfolio product and how the tool is addressing the specific needs of an organization with very complex program/ project reporting and tracking requirements.About the Speaker

Olsen,
Vice President of Dekker, Ltd.
Arlene Olsen has over 25 years of experience in program and project management services related to Earned Value Management Systems Implementation and Financial Capital Planning. She is experienced in the implementation of business processes and portfolio, program, and project management software applications, and has supported customer implementations for government agencies and contractors.
Ms. Olsen also assists companies with establishing operational procedures, develops training materials, and conducts courses in support of project portfolio management, program management, project and capital management, earned value management, and activity-based cost performance measurement.
