About the Program

Architecture Compliance

How can we prove that our systems actually follow the architectures they are supposed to?

Architecture compliance is difficult to assert with confidence, hard to prove convincingly, and too easy to disavow.  Through the use of the Architecture Compliance and Requirements Traceability (ACART) process, we have learned a lot about the nature of architecture conformance and how agencies and service components can assert and demonstrate compliance in a practical and cost-effective way.

The methods that have emerged apply to many kinds of architecture-based requirements for systems, including the DoD Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA).

About Skyline Luncheons

  • All Skyline luncheons are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month.  They begin at 11:30am with a 30 minute unstructured networking session.  At 12:00pm, after a short introduction and after we've dealt with some administrative matters, the presentation begins.  The presentation ends at 1:00pm.

  • Join our Yahoo Group by sending an email with your name, and organization to: SkylineLuncheonPMIWDC-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. On our list we provide copies of past presentations, directions to our lunch location in Baileys Crossroads, and two email reminders per month.

  • Our Yahoo Group SkylineLuncheonPMIWDC@yahoogroups.com is an announcement-only type list not used for general email. So you will only receive a limited amount of email and only from the Skyline Baileys Crossroads Lunch meeting moderator, Charles Hermann.

  • For more information about the Skyline Lunch meeting send an email with your question to SkylineLuncheonPMIWDC-owner@yahoogroups.com
