About the Program:
Golden Rules for Project Managers
Everyone has their favorite project management methodology, process, or tool — which may or may not be appropriate for a particular project. But there are some simple "rules" that transcend projects. If applied wisely, they can help you be more successful by avoiding common (if not obvious) pitfalls, focusing on priorities, and bringing simplicity from complexity. Jeff Gallimore has learned many of these rules over his career and has applied them to his work to help him and his teams get things done. Hear about the rules and how they've been applied in real-life project management situations.
