About the Program

"Making Decisions With The Joint Staff:
Decision Support Modeling As Used In DoD Joint Staff Resource Allocation"

In today’s fluid environment decision-makers must continually balance the need to make decisions quickly with the need for thorough analysis. Imagine if you had a practical tool to facilitate group decision making, one that provided a record of how the decision was derived. This tool is already here. Decision support modeling uses a combination of software tools and trained facilitators to develop decision models. Come work through an interactive group decision-making case study which demonstrates all these aspects and more.
