He was also responsible for helping to identify, shape, and negotiate a Joint Venture to launch a spin-out algorithmic hedge fund: Canal Street Capital. He has served in a Program Management role for successful online advertising company acquired by AOL, Led the build out and re-engineering as Interim CTO for successful on-line gaming company acquired in 2005.

He possess a BA in English from Appalachian State University and an MS in the Management of Information Technology from The University of Virginia..
