Ceci Coates

Ceci Coates works for the Department of State as the Director of Program Management and Policy in the Office of Logistics Management. Ms. Coates is responsible for Integrated Logistics Policy, Logistics Professional Development, Performance Measurement and Business Process Improvement, Worldwide Property Management, Logistics Systems and Diplomatic Pouch and Mail. As Director of Program Management and Policy, Ceci manages a staff of 75 government employees and more than 200 contractors and a budget of more than $85 Million.
