About the Program

Many organizations have found that they not only must comply with Capa-bility Maturity Model® Integrated (CMMI®) requirements, but must comp-ly with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements as well. As there is considerable overlap between CMMI and EVMS, an integrated approach is possible.

To be effective, efficient, and usable, however, mea-surement and reporting must be highly automated and integrated with performing the process.
