About the Program

Creating a Culture of Leadership in Your Organization

Mark Matthews of Stay Motivated Leadership Advisors will give a presentation on creating a culture of leadership in your organization. The presentation will discuss the critical differences between management and leadership, why anyone can be a leader regardless of whether he or she is in a leadership position, and the components of effective leadership. By the end of the presentation, attendees will grasp the need for leaders to have a shared vision, to communicate that vision, and to inspire others to achieve it.
