About the Course
Participants will gain understanding of key Agile principles, the Scrum process, and learn valuable tools and skills required to be a successful ScrumMaster or Scrum Team member. You will learn time-tested practices for creating and managing product backlogs, planning releases and iterations, running Spring Planning meetings, Release Planning meetings, Scrum Meetings, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives and more! This course prepares you to return to your organization and apply the Scrum framework to achieve success.

About the Instructor
Ildikó M. von Rüden, MA, PMP, CSM
Ildikó M. von Rüden is a PMP certified Project Manager and Certified Scrum Master with 7 years of experience in Information Technology. Her industry experience includes Health Insurance, Health Care, Retail, Title Insurance, Real Estate, Education, and Government.
Ildiko has demonstrated the ability to deliver IT, software and system development projects meeting schedule and budget targets. Ildiko is passionate about Project Management and was a volunteer instructor of the PMP Preparatory Course of PMI in Southern California. Ildiko is grateful to Mike Cohn who introduced her to Agile Project Management. Ildiko played a vital role in implementing and championing Agile Project Management and software development processes at Word & Brown in Orange, CA in 2007.
As Group Director at XPAND Corporation, Ildiko implemented the Scrum methodology and provided training to teams working on a website development program for the Department of Labor in 2008. Ildiko is a member of PMI, Agile Alliance, Scrum Alliance, and International Institute of Business Analysis.
