About the Program

With the price of energy and project costs skyrocketing, smart organizations are harnessing the power of the virtual world to provide their employees with relevant project management training. In order to capture the fast paced nature of how today’s learners use technology, a variety of dynamic media must be employed.

Lessons learned are an important part of capturing feedback, gathering information on the project and improving subsequent projects.  This presentation captures the highlights of repurposing a Project Management Instructor Led Training (ILT) course to virtual training using the synchronous tool, Centra Symposium.  Included will be a demo of the finished course.  Demo highlights will touch on virtual classroom capabilities in real time, such as using microphones, a whiteboard, breakout rooms, quizzes, games and videos.
