Doing More with Less – The Lean-Agile Approach to More Efficient Project Management

This presentation will provide an introduction in managing projects using the Lean-Agile framework. The focus of this presentation will not only provide an overview of the basic principles of Lean-Agile but also to demonstrate how the Lean-Agile approach can help organizations better align projects to the business needs, vision and mission of the organization and ultimately provide better service the stakeholders. 

About the Speaker

Philippa Fewell is currently the Managing Director of CC Pace’s Enterprise Solutions Group.  Philippa Fewell’s practice focuses on application development and systems selection, implementation, and integration services utilizing Lean and Agile Methods.  Philippa Fewell has over twenty-five years of managing and delivering complex financial and technology projects for both Fortune 500 and startups.  She is an accomplished executive and hands-on manager, with expertise in supporting executive mandates to facilitate and enable business objectives.  Ms. Fewell has an exceptional track record of managing stakeholders at all organizational levels, with emphasis on establishing cultures of trust, and building high-performance teams.  Ms. Fewell has practiced Agile methods for the last eight years, is a certified ScrumMaster and regularly speaks on the topic of Agile benefits and practices.
Philippa Fewell earned a BS in Computer Science with a minor in Business from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
