"The Modern Program Management Office: New Goals, New Organization" presentation starts with the content written by Mike Nelson and Shawn Margolis in their Guest Editor's Introduction Article in the latest Noblis Sigma publication - "Inside the Modern Program Management Office — Aligning Goals with Reality". The presentation will examine causes, trends and possible strategies in dealing with organizational change.

As old-style organization lines erode, PMOs face new challenges in managing multiple projects, coordinating effective communication, and maintaining the right amount of control over resources and program direction. Creative approaches, including harnessing organizational change and delving into the world of interpersonal dynamics, are required to translate challenges into success.
