About the Program - Program Management and Change

"How to balance the realities of discipline and change."

In today's global economy and constant political and social change, Project Managers are being increasingly challenged to manage their projects through a myriad of changes as they attempt to finish on schedule and on budget.

This presentation will provide some basic survival skills for project managers in how to navigate through change and arrive at a completion of a project.

About the Speaker

A. Andrew Anderson is the Deputy Director for Deployment for DHS-CBP-SBInet.  Mr. Anderson is also the Project Manager for the implementation and deployment of SBInet in the Southwest Border.  

Mr. Anderson is a long time PMI member and served on the board of the PMI DC Chapter from 1996 through 2006.  Mr. Anderson is the past President of the PMI DC chapter (2005-2006). Mr. Anderson has over 25 years of program and project management experience and has a broad based experience in Industry and Government.
