About the Program
Agile Management is an emerging trend that is becoming popular due to shorter time frames for project delivery, limited project budgets and resource constraints. There is a need for project managers to be adaptable and supplement traditional processes and techniques with new techniques to ensure project success. Project managers have to lead, plan, manage and measure projects with a strong focus on speedy delivery, collaboration, continous improvement, measurement and feedback. In addition, this presentation will cover agile project management and leadership techniques, success factors and effective management in such environments.
