About the Presentation

If you are a project manager, you deal with stress everyday. The challenge is to learn to manage that stress so that it does have a negative impact on your health.

Using our awesome PM skills, we will look at some of the many – and often simple – changes that we can make that will help us take better care of ourselves. The benefits are enormous in both our personal and professional lives, and the time to start is now!

About the Speaker

Jana Meacham, PMP, has over 30 years experience in the healthcare industry; most recently she has managed her own health and wellness consulting company. Jana worked for many years as a Nuclear Medicine technologist in a hospital setting; she also has experience in software development, voice/data/teleradiology implementations, overseeing preparations for the infamous Y2K transition, developing training programs, and is a speaker and published author.er is also listed as an Exposure Draft Reviewer and Contributor to the Government Extension to the PMBOK® Guide Third Edition.
