About the Speaker
Ray Siguenza is a business process senior manager at Freddie Mac, responsible for the advocacy of business process best practices at an enterprise level. Such activities currently include the definition, alignment, deployment and maintenance of PM practices to the SDLC, COEs, Training and Resource Management practices. Previously, Ray held positions of Director, Program Manager, Project Manager and Team Lead for companies such as Aurora Biometrics, COMSYS, MCI, Grumman, Comprehensive Technologies International and SpaceCom.
