About the Program

This best practices presentation will discuss the organizational and cultural issues that need to be understood and addressed—as well as the data stewardship and governance issues that need to be tackled—when planning and implementing truly “Enterprise” Enterprise Project Management disciplines and processes.
The presentation will provide a functional roadmap so that the correct set of stakeholders and other elements are involved across the organization to ensure buy-in and success for the initiative. The presentation will delve into the needs and practices for ensuring that project management data and related information (such as master data) is correctly identified; the existing quality of such information is understood and managed going forward; and the use of all EPM information across the enterprise is properly governed by policy and enforcement.
