About the Program

Organizations and individuals within the organization are at different levels of change readiness. Most projects represent a change within an organization and are often challenged with removing cultural barriers. Therefore, since it is the executives that primarily influence the organization’s change culture, it is imperative the Project Manager understands how the executive can assist him or her with the success of his/her project, the role of a Project Manager and how the PM is viewed by the executive. Learn some of the key points a Project Manager should know to recognize what change level their organization is currently at and how to use that information to effectively communicate with the executive to gain assistance with the success of their project.

Mr. O’Brochta will be followed by an Earned Value Management workshop. This workshop is geared towards people who are currently using EVM as well as those who would like to learn more about it.
