About the Program

Five Basics of Risk Management

In this dynamic, practical presentation, Carl Pritchard (Lead Chapter author for the Risk Management Chapter of PMBOK, 4th Edition) hammers home five critical steps to ensuring your organization is doing best practice in risk management.  In this hands-on experience, Carl reviews the ways to establish the basic elements of an effective risk culture, and looks at the processes and practical tools to put in place to make it really fly.  Carl will examine steps that you can apply as soon as you return to the office, as well as those that take a little longer--but they all have lasting risk impact.
